Can we include our family pet in our photo session?

Of course!

Will you come to my home?

Yes! We will come to your home for some of the sessions we offer but we ask that there is ample room for set up along with plenty of natural light.

Looks like rain?

In the the event of inclement weather, we will touch base the day before and/or day of session to seek an alternative time or day. Rescheduling the session will be at the discretion of the photographer. 

When will I receive my images?

Our turnaround time is 2 weeks or less for general sessions. Weddings are approximately 4-6 weeks.

Yes! We do send sneak peeks!

Is my retainer refundable?

The retainer is non- refundable as it secures your date and time for our session.  However, we totally understand that things happen such as illness or emergencies. We will happily apply that retainer one time to the next available appointment time. 

Do you store my images?

Darlene Kearns Photography is not responsible for storing images once a gallery has expired. It is highly suggested that images are downloaded and saved in more than one location. If images are requested and the gallery has expired and your images are still available there is a $75.00 fee to restore those images.

Can I have the RAW files?

I’m sorry, we do not give out our RAW files. They are unfinished and unedited files that we use to create your beautiful images. When choosing a photographer one of the reasons for your choice is based on loving their editing style and finished product. Turning over our RAW images allows others to edit and represent our work. Thank you for understanding.
